TERMINAX Warranty Policy
The warranty applies to all ranges of film products (excluding accessories) only when installed by a certified PPF installer. The warranty start date begins at the time of installation of the film (proof of installation invoice is required). Proper application, installation, use, and care of your TERMINAX film product must be maintained throughout the warranty period.
Acceptable Warranty Claims
Claims covered under this warranty include defects such as:
· Cracking
· Yellowing
· Peeling
· Delaminating
· Discoloration
· Degumming
· Bubbling

Exclusions from Warranty
The following are not covered under the warranty:
· Pre-existing defects or manufacturing flaws identified prior to installation.
· Physical damage such as scratches, scuffs, stains, or chips to the film’s surface.
· Improper maintenance or exposure to harsh chemicals, solvents, or high heat.
· Misuse, accident, mishandling, or deliberate damage resulting in wear off, dents, or peeling.

Proper Care for Terminax Films
To maintain the longevity of your Terminax film, follow these guidelines:
· Avoid washing the vehicle for 2–4 weeks post-installation to allow the adhesive to fully cure.
· Hand-wash with mild soap and a soft cloth or non-abrasive wash mitt.
· Avoid automated car washes that may cause lifting.
· Do not use high-pressure nozzles, power washers, or abrasive tools on the film.
